Terms & Conditions
By using the M.E.E.T Cayman website or booking a session, you agree to:
a. Service Use
- Sessions are available for students of all ages.
- Bookings are to be made in advance via email or phone.
- Sessions may be delivered in-person (at homes, public locations, etc.) or online.
b. Session Conduct
- We expect students to be punctual, respectful, and ready to learn.
- Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring a safe and appropriate environment for in-home or public sessions.
c. Booking Policy
- Sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
- A confirmation email or message will be sent for every scheduled session.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans may change. Please review our policies below:
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged.
- Missed sessions without notice will be charged in full and are non-refundable.
- If M.E.E.T Cayman needs to cancel or reschedule a session, an alternative time will be offered, or a full refund will be issued.
Safeguarding & Child Protection
The safety and well-being of your child is our top priority. M.E.E.T Cayman is committed to providing a safe, supportive, and respectful environment.
- All staff and tutors undergo background checks and are trained in child protection.
- In-person sessions are conducted in safe, appropriate locations with parent/guardian knowledge and consent.
